Meet Ankush Kaushik

I’m Ankush Kaushik, a national-level handball player from India, now based in Australia, and the founder of Kaushik Prime Fitness. I competed across the All India Inter-District Championship, South Zonal Level, Cluster Level, Inter-House and Interschool tournaments. Sport taught me discipline, consistency and what real performance looks like. Now I bring that same athlete mindset to online fitness coaching — helping everyday people build real strength, real fitness and real results.
